Work for Yourself &
Serve Your Community

It’s time to escape the rat race of the corporate world and chase your entrepreneurial dream – AtWork is here to help. As one of the industry’s most recognizable brands with a proven business model, there’s no limit for you as a franchisee.

AtWork owners are backed by subject matter experts in staffing operations, recruiting, training, marketing, and more who are all invested in your success. Unlike other franchisor-franchisee relationships, we’re a partnership. Part of that includes removing some administrative duties from your plate. Our team handles backroom accounting, paying for labor, invoicing customers, and managing accounts receivable. With their help, you can provide a critical service to your community, offering flexible employment solutions to local businesses and putting people within your community to work.

The Perfect Fit

We believe you have two critical traits that will help you succeed as an AtWork franchisee.

  • Business expertise
  • Ambitious

First, your experience in business administration, sales, or account management will allow you to talk the talk and walk the walk. You’ll understand what your clients seek and excel at communicating with them. Secondly, your ambition and go-getter attitude is necessary for putting yourself in the community, finding your clients, and supplying them with outstanding candidates.

Rising Demand for Staffing Solutions

Right now, businesses need help finding the right candidates to fill critical roles or to continue their growth. The American Staffing Association (ASA) finds that job openings exceed the number of unemployed workers by nearly two to one. As a result, local businesses face intense competition to hire from the same candidate pool, leading them to staffing agencies, like AtWork, for help. As a result, ASA notes that the industry saw record revenue with $159.1 billion in 2022, a 10% increase from 2021.

In addition, a shift in mindset towards flexible work is leading to the rise of a gig economy. People are leaving their day jobs behind and companies are realizing that hiring temporary workers lead to significant cost/risk reductions . As a result, companies are increasing their temporary staff. In 2022, ASA says U.S. staffing agencies found jobs for 2.8 million temporary and contract workers per week. The number of temporary employees is predicted to grow to 3.2 million by 2025, according to a TrueBlue and Emsi study. As a franchisee, you would have the chance to tap into a growing job market and offer a valuable service to businesses in need.
